Special-education primer

We frequently receive questions concerning the financial aspects of special education. In September, 2008, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Division of Local Services included a primer on the financial aspects of special education in its City and Town publication. It includes a wealth of information on these topics and provides answers to most of the frequently asked questions in this area.
